Tender Title: Cladding installation/001 

Information: 

GV Engineering is an engineering business based in Amble in the North East of England. 

The tender is to carry out a building upgrade project for GV Engineering, at their Amble factory. The requirements are new over cladding on the walls and roof of the existing factory building. The cladding must be insulated and the new roof must include skylights as per the current roof. Additionally, it is believed the current roof contains an element of asbestos and may need to be removed and disposed of as part of the contract. The successful applicant is required to assess and advise on the asbestos situation and is expected to provide appropriate solutions if removal is required. 

Access and installation requirements will need to be fully detailed and a site visit to assess the current access is encouraged as part of the tender process.
